From Construction Division to Rei Shin Construction

Goldsun Building Material Industry upholds sustainable management as its main goal. Through revamping the Group's assets and integrating the Group's corporate experience into a new strategic layout, it has transformed the former Construction Division into Rei Shin Construction Co.,Ltd., which was established in 2014. Through the integration of resources of the Group's affiliated enterprises, Rei Shin Construction will revitalize and innovate the Group's land assets to develop new businesses, initiate short- and medium-term revitalization plans, introduce self-operating ideas, and create a comprehensive synergy use of resources.

Real Estate Management

In addition to the leasing and management of land and property assets, the Group has also initiated asset revitalization activities, conducted investment assessments for land and asset development, and carried out real estate development projects in line with policies and the latest urban development trends. In the future, the company will enhance the added value of the Group’s assets and operations and maximize the benefits of land development through asset revitalization activities.

Business Development

The company aims to develop new business ventures. Through a series of development projects themed on " Ideal Living Spaces", the company will leverage the Group's resources and revitalize its assets to create ideal living spaces through sophisticated product planning and to create a new business of service consumption.

  • Principle of land resource utilization efficiency: To review the development conditions and resource potential of the land that can be released from the production plants, and conduct land asset revitalization assessment as a conversion analysis for development and investment.
  • Principle of urban development policy integration: Based on urban development trends, we review the Group's real estate development conditions and complete developable land assets to enhance asset revitalization through policy multiplier benefits.
